    We start from the beginning:

    You’ll learn about the four inner seasons of the menstrual cycle ( hormonal phases ) —how each phase moves through you and impacts your energy, emotions, and daily life. We use these inner seasons as a framework for self-development.

    We explore:

    • How each phase influences your strengths, challenges, limits, and needs.

    • What your cultural, ancestral, or belief systems say about menstruation and rest.

    • Your personal relationship with rest—do you resist it, feel guilty, or reclaim it as a gift to your lineage?

    • The follicular phase as a time of play—where play becomes medicine.

    • The ovulation phase as a space for pleasure and expression.

    • The luteal phase as a time to work with boundaries—yours and others’.

    • Common themes like fear of visibility, needing to be heard, and the urge to push or prove—when and where in your cycle do these show up? We track and work with them.

  • ALREADY ON THIS PATH.

    Then these sessions may focus on:

    • The Inner Critic, PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), rage, AND the power of Inner Autumn. When we can use it as Agency = Power With Not Power Over.

    • Syncing your productivity with your natural cycle rhythms.
