Absolutely, this work is for you. Understanding your cyclical pattern doesn’t require having a bleed. Your bleed acts as a guide—a container, a cycle within a cycle. But the deeper work is about knowing your body’s rhythm and using that awareness to feel resourced and empowered.
Going into perimenopause and menopause with this knowledge makes it much easier to understand what’s happening and manage your symptoms. Many have said it helped them navigate this transition with more clarity, ease, and confidence.
