    I offer one-on-one online sessions to support women and those who menstruate in their unique menstrual cycle journey. These sessions are designed to help you understand your cycle patterns and work with them holistically—physically, emotionally, and psycho-spiritually.

    We begin by identifying your intentions. Each session is tailored to where you are in your cycle awareness journey.

    Through this process, you will gain insights, self-awareness, and gentle acceptance of who you are in all your facets—as a woman or person who menstruates, moving through all your ebbs and flows throughout the cycle and your life. You will learn to manage hormonal shifts, navigate life transitions, and discern or encounter parts of yourself that may need healing or more focused attention.

  • Beginner?

    We start from the beginning. You’ll learn about the four inner seasons of the menstrual cycle ( hormonal phases ) —how each phase moves through you and impacts your energy, emotions, and daily life. We use these inner seasons as a framework for self-development.

    We explore:

    • How each phase influences your strengths, challenges, limits, and needs.

    • What your cultural, ancestral, or belief systems say about menstruation and rest.

    • Your personal relationship with rest—do you resist it, feel guilty, or reclaim it as a gift to your lineage?

    • The follicular phase as a time of play—where play becomes medicine.

    • The ovulation phase as a space for pleasure and expression.

    • The luteal phase as a time to work with boundaries—yours and others’.

    • Common themes like fear of visibility, needing to be heard, and the urge to push or prove—when and where in your cycle do these show up? We track and work with them.

    These sessions may focus on:

    • The Inner Critic, PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), rage, AND the power of Inner Autumn. When we can use it as Agency = Power With Not Power Over.

    • Syncing your productivity with your natural cycle rhythms.

    • For those who feel like Inner Summer / Ovulation is not an easy time, don’t relate to the common archetypal “summery” feeling.

    • Period pain or diagnoses like HPV (Human Papillomavirus)—exploring emotional and energetic layers to this.
